Subject	Gauge lights...Nope Parking Lights...Nope Little Help Please

Message	When I turn my parking lights on the Clearance/Illumi fuse blows. I have no parking or gauge lights. The headlights are working fine, along with the brake lights and turn signals. I carelessly shorted the battery terminals with a wrench last time I was tightening them up (half a second tops), Aside from that being the possible cause I'm not sure what is causing this. As of just a few days ago they worked fine and I don't know where to check other than the fuse. Any ideas? I can't seem to put my finger on it.
